Prices
The price of Tyglycka are stated in Swedish kronor inc. VAT. Tyglycka have no minimum order amount, but minimum order is half meters.  

Shipping cost is 17 SEK up to 50g, 32 SEK up to 100g, 45 SEK up to 250g, 55 SEK up to 500g, 79 SEK up to1000g and over 1kg 85 SEK for higher weights. For orders over 1199 SEK the shipping is free (in Sweden). Fabrics to other European countries the shipping cost is based on weight. You can see your actual freight cost in basket before checkout. Fabrics can be ordered and delivered to Norway and to Åland, but your order will be handled as an export and therefore also without VAT. If you don't pick up the package and it goes back to us we will charce you 99 sek. 

Payment
Payment is by credit card, invoice or bank transfer. 

Invoice
When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Swedbank Pay. To pay by invoice, you must enter your social security number or company. Condition to act against the bill include that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and is over 18 years. You may not have any credit history. All invoices are Tyglycka transferred to Swedbank Pay. Customary credit check is done by having the data submitted in the Treasury, in some cases, this means that a credit is taken. A copy of the credit report will then be sent to your home. Invoice payment terms are 14 days. If payment is agreed and a reminder charge. For non-payment invoice submitted to collection.

Credit Card
Payment by card is made in accordance with applicable rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. We use Swedbank Pay´s card solution. We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard. The money is reserved on your account when received. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) very securely encrypted. No card number is stored. We use the latest security technology for credit card payments online 3D-Secure - a standard developed by Visa and MasterCard with the intention of safely validate the consumer when buying online.

Delivery
Normally we send your goods within three working days after payment. We ship deliveries every tuesday and thursday. When new fabrics has arrived and it is high pressure like campaigns, the delivery time up to 2 weeks.
Unclaimed package that comes back to us, we can send again provided the new shipping fee is paid. 

Dispatch
Your goods are delivered by letter or parcel post depending on weight and size. 

Transportation
If the goods are damaged or lost in transit from Tyglycka to the customer Tyglycka (payment) is responsible. If goods are damaged or lost when you return it to Tyglycka the responsibility lays at the customer (payment).
If upon receiving notice that the item is damaged during transport, you should immediately notify the post office or the delivery point. If these non assumes responsibility damage, please contact us.

Complaints
Should the product be damaged or otherwise defective, or if you received the wrong product or number pleace contact Tyglycka immediately on email info@tyglycka.se and we can correct the error. State your name, contact information, order number and the product concerned. Replacements is of course completely free of charge for you. Products that are returned with cash on delivery triggered not by us. Notice of any disputes, we follow the National Board for decision. For complaints of defective or wrong sent product, the product should be returned unused and well protected against postal handling. Products used or fabric washed or cut in can not be claimed, therefore check carefully that your delivery is correct when it arrives.

Open purchase and cancellation rights
You have the right to switch to another product, color or cancel your purchase within 14 days. If you wish to return an item you are responsible for return shipping. When changing the product must be unused and returned well protected against postal handling. When replacing you stand for the new product postage. After Tyglycka have received and checked the product the new product will be sent or a refund to the account number. Goods returned with cash on delivery triggered not by Tyglycka.
